The heat exchanger ensures faster and more efficient heat exchange with the wort.

This accessory is a compatible upgrade for the 35L Generation 4 BrewZilla. It is not compatible with previous generations of BrewZilla, RoboBrew, or Digiboiler.

What is its function?
Normally, the wort would take the easiest path, heading directly to the drainage hole. The role of the heat exchanger is to redirect the wort in recirculation towards the edge of the BrewZilla's base, allowing it to spend more time above the heating elements. This promotes faster heat exchange with the wort, helping to reach target temperatures more quickly during brewing.
