Vinoferm Chardonnay 100g

Special dry yeast for fermenting mainly white wines with ripe, complex fruit (ripe tropical fruit). Vinoferm Chardonnay is ideal for maceration and cold fermentation to preserve aromas. Useful for wines aged in wood.

Good resistance to SO2, can be used from 12°C. Typical fermentation is fast and low-foaming.

Grape varieties:
Ideally suited to grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc, Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Solaris.

Dosage :
15-25 g/hl

Use:
Add 1 part yeast to 7 parts water and 3 parts must at 35-40°C. Allow to rehydrate for at least 15 minutes. Then add to the must. Make sure that the temperature difference between the bottom of the tank and the temperature of the wort in your fermentation tank is no greater than 10°C.

Shelf life :
Vacuum-packed. Store in a cool, dry place (<15°C, ideally 4-8°C). Use within 2 to 3 days of opening.
