Vinoferm Intense 100g

A universal dry yeast for a wide range of fermentation temperatures. Produces elegant white wines with a pronounced fruity character. Vinoferm Intense is a good choice for low-temperature fermentation of fruity rosé wines. It can also be used to produce fruity red wines (mainly based on red fruits), with good roundness, to be drunk young.

A useful yeast for mead fermentation.

Fermentation with Vinoferm Intense is excellent for starting at low temperatures. This yeast offers good SO2 resistance and produces very little foam. For best results, we recommend using Vinoferm Optistart and Vinoferm Zymex Intense together.

Dosage:
15-25 g/hl

Use:
Incorporate 1 volume of yeast into 7 volumes of water and 3 volumes of must at 35-40°C. Allow to rehydrate for at least 15 minutes. Then add to the must. Make sure that the temperature difference between the bottom of the tank and the temperature of the wort in your fermentation tank is no greater than 10°C.

Shelf life :
Vacuum-packed. Store in a cool, dry place (<15°C, ideally 4-8°C). Use within 2 to 3 days of opening.
