Vinoferm Pinot 100g

Dry yeast specially designed for the fermentation of red and rosé wines, harmoniously integrating the basic aromas of red fruit, forest berries and floral notes.

Fermentation with Vinoferm Pinot is rapid and favors the release of fresh fruit aromas, in addition to floral notes. This yeast ensures excellent glycerol production, with good SO2 resistance and low foam production.

Dosage:
15-25 g/hl

Use:
Add 1 part yeast to 7 parts water and 3 parts wort at 35-40°C. Allow to rehydrate for at least 15 minutes. Then add to the wort. Make sure that the temperature difference between the bottom of the tank and the temperature of the wort in your fermentation tank is no greater than 10°C.

Shelf life :
Vacuum-packed. Store in a cool, dry place (<15°C, ideally 4-8°C). Use within 2 to 3 days of opening.
