Vinoferm Arom 500g

Special granulated yeast for fermenting modern white wines with fresh fruit aromas (strawberry, apricot, banana), also suitable for rosé and orange wines. Excellent for aromatic wines to be drunk young.

Fermentation with Vinoferm Arom is fast and excellent for starting at low temperatures, with good resistance to SO2 and low foam production. Promotes the release of fresh fruit and citrus aromas, in addition to floral and fruity notes. Can be used from 14°C, but is best used at temperatures between 16°C and 18°C.

Dosage :
15-25 g/hl

Use:
Add 1 part yeast to 7 parts water and 3 parts must at 35-40°C. Allow to rehydrate for at least 15 minutes. Then add to the wort. Make sure that the temperature difference between the bottom of the tank and the temperature of the wort in your fermentation tank is no greater than 10°C.

Shelf life :
Vacuum-packed. Store in a cool, dry place (<15°C, ideally 4-8°C). Use within 2 to 3 days of opening.
