Vinoferm Cryo White 100g

Special granulated yeast for fermentation of white wines requiring an enhanced aromatic profile. Ensures good fermentation at low temperatures with increased succinic acid and glycerol production. Ideal for maceration and cold fermentation.

Produces high-quality white wines with a complex aromatic profile that harmoniously integrates floral and fruity notes. Suitable for almost all white grape varieties while respecting varietal character.

Grape varieties:

Dosage :
20-30 g/hl

Use:
Add 1 part yeast to 7 parts water and 3 parts wort at 35-40°C. Allow to rehydrate for at least 15 minutes. Then add to the wort. Make sure that the temperature difference between the bottom of the tank and the temperature of the wort in your fermentation tank is no greater than 10°C.

Shelf life :
Vacuum-packed. Store in a cool, dry place (<15°C, ideally 4-8°C). Use within 2 to 3 days of opening.
