Yeast for obtaining wines with high residual sugars. By keeping the natural fructose, a residual sugar content of 5-15g/litre can be obtained. For fruity white wines and sweet red wines. Also for fruit wines. Minimal acetaldehyde formation.
- Moderate alcohol tolerance: 12-14%vol.
- Ideal fermentation temperature: 15-20°C.
- Dose: 2-3g/10 litres.
