Saccharomyces Cerevisiae var. Cerevisiae.
Ideal yeast for the fermentation of red and aromatic wines with a very high production of esters and fatty acids. Often used for Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Merlot wines. Fast start. Contains the "killer" factor to inhibit wild yeasts.

Alcohol tolerance 15%vol.
Wide temperature range of use 12-35°C.
Dose: 2-3g/10 liters.
