The brewtools b40pro has a boiling capacity (recommended) of 40 liters and a capacity of about 9 kg of malt. It is equipped with a powerful pump, which can be controlled from the touch screen. The wort flows through the central pipe and the pump is mounted with Tri-Clamp, which makes it very easy to remove, even when the tank is full.

The malt basket has latches that fold down when you lift it, making it easier to carry with both hands.

Cleaning the tank is very simple. The central hose is easily removed, and you can clean the unit without any problems, and any residual wort will be drained directly into a bucket. The included circulation device allows cleaning in place (CIP or NEP) and saves time and cleaning agents.

The system is equipped with two digital temperature sensors, one at the bottom of the tank and one before the pump. The maximum static offset is ±0.5°C. The sensors can be individually calibrated for maximum accuracy. They have an accuracy of 0.1°C. It is also possible to connect a third sensor (accessory) to monitor the temperature of the wort coming back from the countercurrent cooler, so that you can pump directly to the fermenter when the temperature is correct.

Powerful heating elements with a capacity of more than 3.2 kW (230 V) heat the water or wort very quickly. During the boiling process, the PID system is deactivated and you can adjust the output power to achieve a perfect boil. You can also set the maximum current for each mains input, at 10, 13, 15 and 16 amps, to make sure you never blow a fuse.

All outlets are equipped with 34mm Tri-Clamp fittings for maximum flexibility without leaks. The system comes standard with a three-way valve. All silicone hoses are 16x25mm food grade.

The control system is custom developed and includes high quality electronics. The software is constantly being improved with new features. It is updated via WiFi.
