Mustange Kolsch delivers a truly authentic-tasting Kölsch bier the way centuries of Cologne brewers intended. Top fermenting at the cooler end of Ale temperatures with a period of lagering allows you to serve a clean-tasting, bright beer that looks stellar in a traditional stange glass. MK is a low-fuss yeast for the discerning craft brewer.
