Brew our "Schrödinger" Gose Recipe

Tangy, slightly salty, refreshing, and very low in alcohol, discover our Gose recipe without Kettle Sour (or Philly Sour). This beer is a tribute to this very old German white beer style. The tangy side will develop during fermentation as lactic bacteria will be inoculated at the same time as the yeast.

The pack includes the malt, coriander, and yeast necessary for the recipe, for a 20-liter brew. However, we cannot provide the salt (but it is probably already in your cupboard).

Since hops are optional in the recipe, we decided not to include them. If you wish, you can use 5g of magnum for bitterness.

Note: we only have 100g sachets of coriander, you will need to weigh 10g for the recipe, do not use the whole packet!
