Brew our "Surfin' Bird" recipe: Cream Ale

This beer, which originates from the pre-prohibition American period, ferments at 15°C. This relatively low temperature will give clean and crisp flavors that will make the beautiful tropical notes of the hops shine. Additionally, its crispy texture will give this superb Cream Ale great drinkability!

The pack includes the malt, hops, and yeast necessary for the recipe, for a 20-liter brew.

Provided Ingredients:

• - 3.7kg of Pilsner Malt
• - 0.6kg of Light Wheat Malt
• - 0.2kg of Corn Flakes
• - 100g of Rakau Hops
• - 2 packets of Safale US-05 yeast

Please note: we can't offer retail hops, so you'll have to weigh out the doses indicated in the recipe yourself. You can store the remainder in the freezer.
