Description

Crisp has developed an Extra Pale malt dedicated to the lightest beer styles like lagers, blondes and pale beers.
Made from the same barley as Crisp's Best Ale, it's a pure Norfolk product.

It is perfectly suited to the traditional British single-stage brewing style by its moderate/elevated level of modification that offers excellent extraction, filtration and flavour yields.

Use up to 100% for lagers and pale beers or in addition to special malts in a wide range of hoppy beers.
