What you will need to provide:
In addition to your brewing equipment (12L bucket, airlock, thermometer, etc.), you will need an 8-10L pot, a large strainer, 24 bottle caps, and your empty bottles.
Ingredient Storage:
To preserve the freshness of the hop aromas, imperatively place the hop pouch in the refrigerator upon receipt. Malt should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Expert Tips:
Mastering the Bitterness: Strictly follow the boiling times indicated in the instructions. This is when the hops release their bitterness. Boiling for too long could make the beer more bitter than intended.
Patience is a Virtue: After bottling, let your IPA condition in a cool place for the recommended time. This allows the flavors to stabilize and the carbonation to develop properly.
