Usage:

If you do not use it immediately, we recommend installing the part with the butterfly valve at the beginning of fermentation. This will prevent your brew from being exposed to oxygen when the time for Dry Hop comes. 

On the day, attach the Hop Drop tube to the butterfly valve and put your hops inside. 

Then attach the part with the ball lock adapter and the PRV valve to close the Hop Drop.  

Connect your CO2 to the ball lock adapter and send the gas (< 3 bar) for the first time for about 15 seconds. 

Wait a minute, pull the PRV valve to empty the tube and repeat the operation about ten times. 

Once this purge is done, open and close the butterfly valve as many times as necessary to integrate all the hops into your beer. 

Close the butterfly valve and remove the Tube + PRV/ball lock adapter part. Note that you do not have to remove this part if you have space.
